This role performs welding operations to join metal parts using various processes while ensuring quality, precision, and adherence to safety standards. Welders play a critical role in producing strong, reliable structures by interpreting blueprints, preparing materials, and maintaining equipment.</span></p><p style=\"margin:10.0pt 0.0in 0.0in;line-height:115%;font-size:13.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;color:#4f81bd\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:Arial, sans-serif;color:black\">Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</span></strong></p><ul style=\"margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0px\"><li style=\"margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Cambria, serif\"><p><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:Arial, sans-serif\">Fabricate and assemble metal frames and components using welders, grinders, and measuring tools according to customer specifications. </span></p></li><li style=\"margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Cambria, serif\"><p><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:Arial, sans-serif\">Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-cored processes in flat, vertical, and overhead positions. </span></p></li><li style=\"margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Cambria, serif\"><p><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:Arial, sans-serif\">Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, sketches, and work orders to determine welding requirements, joint configurations, and materials. </span></p></li><li style=\"margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Cambria, serif\"><p><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:Arial, sans-serif\">Measure, bevel, and prepare metal surfaces;
