Following the current control plan specifications and matrix requirements.</p><p> </p><p><strong>JOB FUNCTIONS: </strong><em>Job functions include but are not limited to the following.</em></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Responsible for entering rolls into RFGEN and SAP as well as reconciling all sheeted material, to insure proper inventory control.</li><li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Responsible for maintaining production goals within the department and specific machine.</li><li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Responsible for Quality checks for proper size, job number, customer name, stock type and caliper.</li><li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Responsible for all make readies, change overs, back side printing on equipment.</li><li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Responsible for all control plan specification requirements, caliper, de-curl, and sheets square, checkering, etc.</li></ul><p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\" type=\"disc\"><li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Sitting or standing, depending on changing job assignment, for extended periods.</li><li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Awkward and/or repetitive movements.</li><li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Position associated with walking, standing, handling (removing roll covers), pushing (paperboard rolls), lifting (cores - approx. 50 - 60 lbs.), interacting (communicating with operator).</li><li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Must have physical coordination to operate roll clamp truck.</li><li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Reading computer screen or other electronic devices.</li><li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Use of various hand and electrical tools and equipment.Inside Conditions, extremes of heat and humidity (seasonal), noise (from sheeter machinery and forklifts).</li><li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Responsible for housekeeping, maintenance work orders, belt replacement etc.</li><li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Must be able to obtain fork truck certification.</li></ul><p> </p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em;
