The Compensation Advisor will develop, implement, and administer Compensation and Incentive Programs, provide guidance and assistance to leadership and HR team members, and serve as a compensation point of contact to designated business units and/or functional groups. </p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</H2>&#13;</div><div><ul><li>Provides compensation advice and collaborates with leaders and HR team members to provide sound recommendations on re-organizations, job evaluations, salary administration, merit planning, and other compensation programs and incentive practices.</li><li>Assists in the development and implementation of the global job architecture, geographic structures, and rate range structures.</li><li>Participates in compensation surveys, analyzes results, and tracks market movements in pay and incentive data.</li><li>Assists in the communication of compensation philosophy, salary review processes, and incentive programs as required.</li><li>Participates in the design and development of automated tools to improve the speed, efficiency, and quality of compensation information available to employees and managers.</li><li>Participates in the implementation of regular compensation activities including the annual compensation review process.</li><li>Serves as a subject matter expert in all areas of employee compensation and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.</li><li>Participates in the development and/or redesign of short-term and sales incentive plans.</li><li>Analyzes current compensation programs and practices and makes on-going recommendations for process improvements.</li><li>Supports Global Mobility programs.</li><li>Participates in and/or leads special compensation-related projects as assigned. </li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Position Requirements</H2>&#13;</div><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree with a major in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Masters degree preferred</li><li>10+ years HR/Compensation related experience</li><li>Demonstrated ability to uphold confidentiality and work with sensitive pay-related data.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills with good business insight</li><li>Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Demonstrated project leadership skills.</li><li>Demonstrated planning, organizational and execution skills.</li><li>Strong internal consulting skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Experience with HRIS/Time System implementations</li><li>Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive results.</li><li>Thorough knowledge of domestic pay regulations</li><li>Excellent customer service skills</li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Skills</H2>&#13;</div><div><ul><li>International experience</li><li>Labor Relations experience</li><li>Equity Administration experience</li><li>Vendor Management experience</li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Disclaimer</H2>&#13;</div><div><p>The candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
