We are looking for a Flexo press operator to set up, run, and maintain a wide-web, 8-color and coating flexographic printing machine to print on various types of substrate paperboard. Key duties include in-process adjustments to press controls, managing ink, and checking print quality. </p><p><strong>Work Environment:</strong><br>All work is performed in an indoor, climate and temperature controlled, packaging facility with proximity to heavy and hazardous machinery.<br>Full-Time<br>Reports To: Shift Supervisor <br>Work Schedule: Monday-Friday with overtime </p><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong><br>Ability to stand for 8-to-12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.</p><p><strong>Required Skills:</strong><br>Strong mechanical troubleshooting, basic math, and color differentiation<br>Computer Skills<br>Strong communication skills<br>Reading Apprehension<br>Must have working knowledge of the use of a PC and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)<br>Previous hands-on experience running a flexographic printing press in manufacturing</p><p><strong>Primary Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><br>•    Arrive at work on time and during scheduled hours, working additional overtime as needed.<br>•    Be an example to others by modeling and reinforcing safe-work practices and policies.<br>•    Follow all written procedures.
