Made Possible.</strong></p><p> </p><br><div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Job Details</H2>&#13;</div><div><p>The Feeder-Catcher supports the Finishing Supervisor in providing support, direction, and training to achieve KPI improvements through driving operational performance. Key duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Maintains a safe work environment for yourself and other associates</li><li>Notifies supervisor, maintenance, or quality immediately when a probelm occurs with the equipment or product as well as follows all company rules and procedures</li><li>Maintains all required documentation in accordance with the current SOP's</li><li>Load cases into the auto packer and hand pack cartons as needed</li><li>Completes quality checks at required intervals</li><li>Ensures correct carton and case counts, and finished cases are stacked and labeled appropriately</li><li>Operates PIV to move loads as needed</li><li>Performs all other duties as assigned</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of basic manufacturing practicies and strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate any quality and/or production concerns to operators on the prior or next shift</li><li>Basic mechanical ability to adjust the equipment to maximize production and ensure quality standards are met or exceeded</li><li>Excellent attendance record with flexibility to work rotating shifts</li><li>Maintains cooperative working relationships, demonstrates a positive attitude and consideration towards fellow employees and supervision</li><li>Must be able to work other shifts and overtime as necessary</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p><ul><li>Push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs. frequently</li><li>Eye/hand/foot coordination</li><li>Left- and right-hand coordination for simple grasping</li><li>Must be able to distinguish color to complete quality checks</li><li>Frequent/strenuous physical effort</li></ul><p> </p><p>PAY RANGE: $22.36 - $24.70</p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Safe Quality Food Responsibilities:</H2>&#13;</div><div><p>Responsible for compliance with all facility food safety, food defense, and quality policies and procedures including product safety (GMPs)/Sanitation policies and procedures.
