Leadership Development Program
Over the past 10 years, Graphic Packaging International has graduated more than 50 associates from a highly selective Leadership Development Program (LDP). Throughout the program's history, we have seen LDP associates grow into management and leadership roles across the company. Many of our current leaders, including our CEO, Michael Doss, began their successful tenures with Graphic Packaging in the LDP. This is a high-visibility, 12 month program with a focus on engineering, finance, or sales. Learning curriculum and assessments, as well as hands-on-experience in these focus areas, provide a fast-track industry experience. You will develop relationships with executive leadership and a leadership mentor. After successful completion of the program, you will graduate as an LDP alumnus on the track to a leadership role within the company.
