Responsibilities
a. Program F&K Press:, Maintain control center for the press., Set up Run Schedule., Monitor Computer System for operation functions such as speed, job deviations, errors, etc. b. Organize work flow:, Assure that all crew members are performing their job functions to maintain work flow. c. Quality Checks:, Assure that all quality checks are done, and efficiencies are met. d. Housekeeping:, Maintain safe and clean work environment. e. Work Orders:, Create work orders for F & K Press and supporting equipment., Work with Maintenance on PM’s. f. Training for Operator Levels, Train assistant operators to become Lead Operators. Safe Quality Food
