As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator supporting Customer Service, you’ll be a strategic business partner who is responsible for the accuracy of the complete accounts receivable process. These activities provide Americas Converting with a solid financial platform by driving strategic business objectives and shareholder value. The ideal candidate will have two years in an Accounting role and will provide accurate and timely financial reporting to ensure we meet our business objectives.

Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.

Act as Accounts Receivable strategic contact supporting the Customer Service team

Review and process daily invoice exception reports for multiple Americas Converting (AMC) locations within specific deadlines

Review accuracy and process approved Debit/Credit, CRD, and all related account receivable requests for AMC locations

Manage and track exceptions until resolved

Provide training and support to the Customer Service and Sales Teams

Generate various daily, weekly, and month end reports to distribute to Leadership as needed

Ad hoc reports and analyses; opportunities to gain knowledge in other areas

All other duties as assigned

Required Skills

2 years in Accounting/Finance roles

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, preferred

Strong analytical skills are preferred

ERP systems experience: SAP preferred

Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite tools
