Introduction: As a key part of our IT team, we are seeking an experienced IT System owner and subject matter expert to manage and enhance our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes within the Kinaxis RapidResponse (RR) advanced planning system. Additionally, this role will oversee integration points into and out of RR and will assist with staging of data for downstream BI tools (i.e., Qliksense). Finally, this role will be a key member of project teams for any future roll out of RR to other business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the Kinaxis RR solution to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business requirements.
- Understand and be able to troubleshoot all logic and customized logic in the GPI configuration of RR and be the key IT contact for service tickets that the RR CoE escalate.
- Understand what is occurring in our GPI middleware platform and the Talend middleware platform that feeds RR to effectively liaise with the GPI Talend expert for data flow and transformation development and troubleshooting.
- Assist in development of strategic plans for integrating RR with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) for future roll outs and enhancements of existing deployments of RR.
- Manage a team of external IT consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and deliver project goals.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors related to RR.
- Conduct regular system audits, updates, upgrades and maintenance to ensure security, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging advanced features and capabilities of the RR platform.
- Provide technical training and support to team members and end-users to maximize the effectiveness of the platform.
- Prepare and manage the IT budget related to S&OP systems, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in IT system management, with at least 2 years in managing S&OP platforms
- Proven expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse, including implementation, customization, and maintenance desired
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and how they integrate with S&OP technologies.
- Excellent project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable business insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desired Skills:
- Advanced certification in Kinaxis RapidResponse a plus
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or others a plus
- Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, or JavaScript.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Range: $84,630.00 - $112,770.00
