POSITION SCOPE:           Provide technical support to Packaging Machinery members in regard to Product Data Management and specifications to produce packaging machinery in multiple sites. Provides data gathering, maintenance, analysis and disbursement.




  • Team member for engineering database design and support. Duties include user creation and security, workflow design and support, resolve data issues with parts, assisting users with data filtering, etc.
  • Admin team member on Monday.com – Creation of new Boards and Automations, Administration of Security in Application.
  • Development of application tools and processes to meet needs as requested. Analyze system requirements and business processes. Create prototypes, code, test, debug, and document and implement systems.
  • Creation of peripheral databases in Microsoft Access with custom report development.
  • Report creation and maintenance using advanced VBA-driven macros inside Microsoft Excel.
  • Administration of Packaging Machinery SharePoint site
  • Provide detailed written and oral instructions to users for various procedures as needed
  • Creation and maintenance of DAMSGAR templates
  • Backup support of the division’s document control group, including development of reports and macros, and assisting with maintenance of division’s ISO quality documentation if needed
  • Create requisitions in SAP for Engineering group software licensing and other purchases as required.
  • Daily collection of data on Engineering Releases and entry into Engineering Releases database in MS Access. Weekly and monthly reporting of Release data to support Engineering ISO metric.
  • Monthly extraction and interface of Plan Price material data from SAP to Engineering Database.
  • Monthly collection of data and maintenance of Drawing Variance database in MS Access. Monthly reporting of Drawing Variance data to support Engineering ISO metric.
  • Quarterly collection of data and maintenance of Supplier Management database in MS Access. Quarterly reporting and report cards of vendor to Purchasing to support ISO metric.
  • Monitor and maintain email distribution lists for Atlanta Packaging Machinery group.
  • Write and distribute division-wide emails as required by EPDM/Manage and Monday.com teams.
  • Other admin/clerical tasks as requested.





  • Experience with Product Data Management (PDM) systems – SolidWorks
  • Experience and Administration of Monday.com
  • Familiarity with Engineering concepts and procedures and related computer programs (CAD). General understanding of operations.
  • Familiarity with Visual Basic.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • This position requires the ability to clearly communicate to successfully collaborate, coordinate and resolve activities and issues.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
