MISSION / SUMMARY:

Are you a driver of change? Are you passionate about helping people adapt to organizational and systems changes? As part of our “OneGPI” PMO team, the Organizational Change Leader will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, technologies, and organizations. The Change Leader will work with the project team and organizational leaders to ensure adoption, utilization and proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes. You’ll create and deliver strategies and plans to help employees maximize the adoption of new programs by honing methods of effective and sustained behavior change. is a great opportunity for someone who’s looking to play a key role in implementing truly transformational change.

 

JOB FUNCTIONS: Job functions include but are not limited to the following.

  • Must work within and adhere to the company’s core values of Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Relationships and Teamwork.
  • Represent GPI as a key member of the OneGPI core project team, working directly with the program’s Executive Sponsor/ Program Architect.
  • Lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies.
  • Drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in compliance with the system integrator partner/ and PMO Change Management methodologies.
  • Develop project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training.
  • Oversee team execution in accordance with project plans, tools, and methods, and support resource planning and acquisition.
  • Lead/facilitate meetings and workshops with various stakeholder groups to jointly develop change adoption plans, always keeping in mind the company culture and what will work well within GPI.
  • Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.
  • Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of the One GPI Planning Transformation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE:

  • Competent in diagnosing individual and organizational performance improvement needs, matching intervention methodology with needs, and determining the appropriate development measures
  • Proven ability to help drive and shepherd change at scale.
  • Experience in operational change management. Leveraging leading software, preferably in the Supply Chain Planning space.
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy to understand business terms to all levels of management including senior leaders
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to detail
  • Possesses strong analytical skills, good listening skills with ability to effectively coach and mentor others; must be able to lead by influence
  • Exhibits effective team skills • Ability to make decisions at the project team level and properly escalate those decisions that cannot be resolved on a timely basis

 

EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE:

 

  • BA or BS Degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology or other degree with equivalent experience.
  • Change Management Professional and/or Project Manager certification highly desired.
  • Masters degree a plus

 

SKILLS:

  • Must be a leader who can influence stakeholders in written and oral communications

 

SCHEDULE DEMANDS:

  • Occasional overnight travel to include flying, driving, riding or by rail.
