The Culture Lead plays a key role in shaping and activating Graphic Packaging’s organizational culture. This role designs and delivers systems, programs, and experiences that help bring our culture to life — creating a workplace where employees feel engaged, valued, and included. By equipping leaders and managers with practical tools, insights, and resources, this role ensures culture is embedded into everyday moments.
This role leads the enterprise-wide culture strategy, which includes leading both our engagement strategy (our annual engagement survey and year-round activation), our inclusion strategy (the Inclusion Council, employee resource groups (ERGs), and enterprise-wide initiatives), and leading other key elements of the employee experience . Partnering closely with senior leaders, HR business partners, and employees at all levels, this leader ensures culture and inclusion are embedded into daily operations and directly aligned to business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and steward culture-building initiatives that reinforce company values and the employee experience.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on building engaged, inclusive teams and embedding culture into operational practices.
- Lead the design, execution, and communication of the annual employee engagement survey, partnering with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Translate survey insights into enterprise-level action plans, tools, and resources to activate engagement year-round.
- Equip leaders—particularly leaders in our operational environments—with the tools, training, and accountability needed to foster high engagement within their teams.
- Drive execution of the company’s inclusion strategy, ensuring alignment to enterprise goals and Vision 2030 pillars.
- Partner with, and enable, the Inclusion Council and ERGs to amplify employee voices, foster belonging, and deliver measurable impact.
- Facilitate enterprise-wide inclusion programs, campaigns, and events that celebrate the variety of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives our employees bring—and promote fairness and opportunity for all.
- Track and report progress against inclusion commitments, providing insights to leaders across the company.
- Collaborate with HR, communications, and business leaders to ensure consistency of messaging, branding, and activation of culture initiatives.
- Build metrics and dashboards to measure the health of engagement and inclusion, providing insights that inform strategy.
- Stay current on external trends and best practices in engagement and inclusion, bringing innovative approaches to the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HR, culture, engagement, and/or inclusion experience in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide HR initiatives, with preferred experience leading engagement surveys and translating insights into measurable action.
- Strong understanding of inclusion strategies and best practices.
- Strong project management experience, with the ability to lead large, complex projects end-to-end
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and change leadership skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships and influence at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
- Experience working in or alongside manufacturing environments preferred; ability to build trust and credibility with facility leaders and frontline employees.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform culture, engagement or inclusion strategies.
- Ability to balance building strategies with practical execution.
- Passionate about people and culture, with a deep commitment to creating an environment where everyone can thrive.
- Strong storyteller who can inspire and mobilize employees around culture and inclusion.

Pay Range: $115,350.00 - $153,800.00
