Data Analytics Architect – Graphic Packaging International, LLC – Atlanta, GA.
Job Duties: Architect, design, and implement advanced analytics capabilities. Build, expand and optimize data and data pipeline architecture, as well as optimize data flow. Support software developers, database architects, data analysts and data scientists on data initiatives and ensure data delivery architecture is consistent throughout ongoing projects. Work with large datasets from Enterprise systems. Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources like SAP, Semi-structured data etc. using SQL and AZURE ‘big data’ technologies. Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics. Work with Cross functional teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs. Continuously improve/optimize the in-production systems.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field. Must have 8 years of experience as a Sr. Software Engineer, Software Developer, Technical Architect, IT Consultant, Analyst, or a related occupation in the IT industry. Must have 5 years of experience designing and implementing high performance data ingestion & transformation pipelines from multiple sources using Databricks and ADF Azure Pipelines. Must have 3 years of experience with Optimization and Tuning. Must have 3 years of experience with Azure Synapse, IOT hub, Event hub, and Streaming analytics. Must have 3 years of experience with Github or other code repositories. Must have any demonstrated experience in/with: Domain and Data Modeling with SAP/SAP BW; developing scalable and re-usable frameworks for ingestion and transformation of large data sets; building data lakes & data warehouses to support operational intelligence and business intelligence; and Azure Cloud Architecture. Must have any programming experience with backend languages such as Python and SQL as well as any experience with Orchestration tools like Airflow. Must have any experience integrating end-to-end data pipelines to take data from source systems to target data repositories while ensuring the quality and consistency of data is always maintained. Must be able to work a hybrid work schedule.

Pay Range: $115,350.00 - $153,800.00
