The Corporate Accounting team is the cornerstone of the Company’s accounting functions. This team collaborates across the entire organization and provides the guidance and leadership to our business partners. This role has the opportunity to create long-term, sustainable changes that will move the organization forward in supporting the Companies goals. This role provides a unique opportunity to see the Corporate accounting work materialize into external financial statements used by the investor community.


This role is part of the Corporate Accounting team who is responsible for ensuring that the Company’s financial statements and general ledgers are accurate and in compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies. This role is responsible for general accounting and reporting functions for the Company including fixed assets accounting and analysis, transactional processing, month-end close activities such as balance sheet account reconciliations, and ad hoc reporting. 



Job Duties:

  • Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts and documenting business transactions.
  • Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions into SAP including the capital project budget requests in SAP
  • Monitor and review ongoing capital projects and work closely with our business partners to ensure timely in service dates with proper useful lives and asset classifications
  • Monthly close duties include running the fixed asset depreciation, processing fixed asset transfers between Company locations, ensuring appropriate balancing of fixed asset and depreciation rollforward for all U.S. companies, performing applicable manual adjustments to rollforwards to ensure accurate business capital expenditure reporting, and preparing monthly fixed asset account reconciliations
  • Monitor central mailbox for fixed asset submissions to ensure timely processing of approved transaction requests
  • Work closely with internal and external auditors to provide needed information when requested.
  • Support Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) programs and procedures.
  • Promote continuous improvement efforts and process optimization.





  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Finance/Accounting preferred)
  • 2 – 4 years of general accounting experience
  • Fixed assets experience a plus
  • CPA or CPA track preferred
  • Experience working with SAP and HFM
