DUTIES:
- Lead and manage the support, configuration, and ongoing administration of Human Resources systems, ensuring current and future functionality exists to support HR and business processes.
- Lead Human Resources Information System (HRIS) teams responsible for building and supporting new capabilities in the HR technology ecosystem by leveraging SuccessFactors and other compatible HR systems. Actively partner with business and HR leaders to improve HR systems in support of HR, COE, and payroll processes within the Global IT roadmap and strategy.
- Manage the team responsible for end‐to‐end operational delivery of employee life cycle events and transactions, including administration of HR programs within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to all levels of the organization. Develop and support training platform to provide system training and to help guide end users on current processes and any new functionality. Manage and test system upgrades and enhancements, configuration changes, reports, and integrations, including functional analysis and regression testing.
- Serve as lead representative and liaison between HR, Information Services, Payroll, and other stakeholders for Human Capital Management (HCM) design, daily functional support, and other HR and business projects. Develop and champion HRIS roadmap to meet business needs.
- Create and lead initiatives and opportunities to optimize processes in conjunction with HRIS best practice.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and create Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) for service expectations performance.
- Support the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and compliance requirements.
- Define operating procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required.
- Ten years of experience required in HRIS or shared services environments. Five years of experience required in one or more areas of SAP SuccessFactors or an equivalent HRIS system, including Employee Central and Payroll.
- Any experience required with: lifecycle solutioning (requirements gathering, build, delivery, deployment, and stabilization); the human resource policies and procedures necessary to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals; researching, developing, and presenting cost/benefit analyses; implementing new technology to include self service capability and mobile technology; leading and creating a team environment; business processes, internal controls, compliance risk management, and related standards and best practices; and with supporting the local HR requirements of North, Central, and South America (Canada, US, Mexico, and Brazil).

Pay Range: $112,560.00 - $150,045.00
