Reporting to the Sr. Manager, People Analytics, the Human Resource (HR) Reporting Analyst will collect, compile, and analyze HR data to assist HR in business decisions related to recruitment, retention, and legal compliance.



  • Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources that may include the human resource information system (HRIS), payroll outputs, employee surveys, exit interviews, competitors’ practices, and other sources.
  • Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Prepares reports of data results for presentations.
  • Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
  • Provides metrics and analysis of HR data to help guide recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues, and to maintain legal compliance.
  • Facilitates and maintains trainings on reporting tools available to the global organization.
  • Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.

Required Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 years of technical experience in data, reporting, and analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel or related software.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS, payroll, and similar reporting software.



  • Experience working with data coming from multiple data sources, including, HR HCM systems (like SAP, SuccessFactors).
  • SAP-SuccessFactors reporting
