Title: ITOM Engineer

The ITOM Engineer will support The Service Management & Operations team with the following tasks:
- Own, manage and maintain the ITOM Discovery and LDAP processes in ServiceNow.
- Own, manage and maintain the Global SCCM platform for imaging, package & patching deployment.
- Perform normalization and synchronization with the CMDB, Discovery, and LDAP as needed.
- Own, manage and maintain Solarwinds ITOM monitoring applications and processes while operating them within best business practices and processes.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of network infrastructure, architecture, connectivity, devices, and security.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Active Directory, Network Connectivity and Server Infrastructure with relation to CMDB discovery and monitoring tools in a hybrid enterprise comprised of On-Prem and Cloud configuration items.
- Minimum 5 Years experience with ServiceNow CDMB, ITOM and Solarwinds.
- Experience with ServiceNow MID server build, Service Mapping, Integration and LDAP configuration.
- Experience with SCCM platform build, distribution point configuration, CMG, etc.
- Experience with Solarwinds or similar application build, configuration, dashboarding and reporting tools along with SNMP configuration.
- Experience with network routing and troubleshooting.
- Experience with troubleshooting Discovery issues with known and unknown IPs and any network devices.
- Strong communicator.
- Able to work with minimal direction, be logical. Able to drive solutions and take ownership of business processes assigned and suggest best practices & solutions where applicable.
- Work well in a fast-paced dynamic team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- ServiceNow ITOM Certified.
- Expertise with scripting.
- Prior experience working for a large enterprise.
- Experience with business service mapping.
- Active Directory management experience in a large enterprise.
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry.
