Job Summary

The Manager, IT Integration & Support is responsible for setting overall plans and overseeing the execution of project workstream teams to successfully integrate IT environments from acquired folding carton converting sites in the Americas business. The integration project management begins with the due diligence stage through Day 1 planning and full integration and synergy through the project closure stage. Additionally, this role is responsible for legacy application systems support management and works closely with business operations and IT operations management to ensure effective uptime and availability requirements are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide the business, infrastructure, and application teams in understanding the acquired landscape, identifying target platforms, building synergy pipelines, and organizing execution workstreams.
  • Understand the business objectives, create integration plans, assess risks and challenges, develop master project plan inclusive of all workstreams, monitor and report status, identify and resolve potential issues, and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Partner with business operations team to identify cross-business inter-dependencies, resource constraints, and mitigating solutions to achieve key milestones and deadlines.
  • Work with shared services teams to drive standard processes into new acquisitions, operate with efficiency, and drive integration synergies.
  • Identify project risk and assess project activities and resources to mitigate risks.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations with leadership, project team members, and all involved parties.
  • Partner with infrastructure and application teams to provide timely support for Americas folding carton converting sites.
  • Identify areas and opportunities for improvement in the application and infrastructure landscape, identify funding and execute continuous improvement projects in the Americas converting sites.
  • Plan and manage third-party provider's application upgrade activity as needed throughout ongoing application lifecycle management.
  • Review, and coordinate timely remediation of application incidents as reported by the central service desk.
  • Identify, plan and manage application support annual operating and capital funding.

Key Experience Requirements:

  • 10 years of overall IT experience and minimum of 3 years of experience leading IT acquisition  integration  projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or  related field  
  • Working knowledge and experience in network, security, ERP, and other contemporary cloud solutions including 3 years working in packaged ERPs such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Proven experience in project management including PMP certification a plus,
  • Proven track record of managing $1MM sized projects.
  • Experience managing Transition Services Agreements and synergy targets.
  • Proven ability to visualize, understand and construct complex processes or concepts, developing process maps, diagrams, models, and/or other process documentation. (ie. Gantt charts, Excel/sheets, and other PM related tools)
