Title: Manager, Digital Marketing

 

MISSION / SUMMARY:

The Mgr., Digital Marketing develops and implements marketing campaigns and programs including automation programming, and hands-on use of platforms and strategies including Pardot, Salesforce, and WordPress, and Google Analytics, SEO, search ads, and social media. They work closely with content marketing, business development, and sales teams to launch new products, deliver multi-dimensional lead generation programs, execute account-based marketing, measure performance, and adjust to drive growth. Work with sales to communicate metrics and drive technology adoption and understanding. This role requires a person who is both tech savvy and creative. 

JOB FUNCTIONS: Job functions include but are not limited to the following: 

Digital campaign management: Planning in coordination with marketing managers and sales to achieve targeted goals for each program. Ability to build Pardot automation programs. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM to problem solve issues and design effective programs. 

Website: Work closely with content marketing for SEO optimization, website integration with marketing automation tools, forms, potential for chat, other programs. 

Digital Marketing Tactics: Hands-on experience with executing and measuring email marketing, content marketing, list management and best practices, inbound lead generation, account-based marketing, paid search, retargeting, social media, SEO, etc. 

Platform knowledge and experience with the following: marketing automation software (Pardot), CRM (Customer Relationship Management, Salesforce), CMS (Content Management Systems, Wordpress), Data Management Platforms, Google Analytics, Search Console, social media advertising, and Data Analytics tools. 

Data visualization: Ability to oversee program automation and performance. Supports content marketing and marketing managers with program execution. Interprets results and strategizes for improvements. 

Learning mindset: Open to learning new systems and evolving the programs for optimal performance, someone that seeks to work smarter and more efficiently – a process mindset that is continually looking for ways to simplify and streamline work to achieve results. 

BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in or digital marketing or marketing operations role.

Experience developing, executing, and measuring successful digital campaigns. 

EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of Marketing, Communications, Public Relations. 

SPECIFIC SKILLS:

Proven track record of developing and implementing marketing communication strategies and projects.

Ability to accomplish results in a cross-functional team environment.

Ability to work autonomously towards the completion of established goals and objectives.

Ability to prioritize and juggle responsibilities to accelerate the accomplishment of same.

Strong goal/results orientation.

Proven project management skills to be able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines on a continuous basis.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact at a variety of organization levels. 

SCHEDULE DEMANDS:

General schedule is an 8-hour M-F assignment, however, employee must be willing to work alternate schedules occasionally; that may include early mornings, nights, and/or weekends and be punctual while doing so.

10% /- overnight travel to include flying, driving, riding or by rail. 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Sitting or standing for extended periods of time up to 8-hours.

Occasional Lifting up to 20 lbs.

Reading computer screen or other electronic devices.

Use of various office hand and electrical tools or equipment.


Required Skills
