Title:  HRIS Manager

Job Summary:

HRIS Manager role oversees and manages the support, configuration, and ongoing administration of our HR systems to ensure current and future functionality exists to support HR and business processes. Partners with other HR leaders to identify and prioritize business needs, deliverables, and timelines for enhancements, implementations, and administration of annual processes

 

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Manage the team responsible for end-to-end operational delivery of the employee life cycle events and transactions including and administration of HR programs within SAP HCM system
  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR employees.
  • Conduct training, including developing user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train clients on new processes/functionality.
  • Manage and test system upgrades and enhancements, configuration changes, reports, and integrations including functional analysis and regression testing
  • Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, Information Services, Payroll and other stakeholders for HCM design and daily functional support and other HR and Business projects.
  • Develop and champion HRIS roadmap to meet the business needs. Review tasks and seek opportunities to refine processes in conjunction with HRIS roadmap
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and create SLAs for service expectations performance
  • Support SOX and compliance requirements and define operating procedures

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 3 years SAP experience in one or more areas including HCM, Payroll
  • Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Strong customer service and team player disposition.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

 

Education and Experience:

  • At least three years of database management or related experience required with at least one year in a supervisory position.
  • Three or more years of relevant experience specializing in HRIS required.
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or Human Resource Management preferred
