Manager, Revenue Management

As the Manager of Revenue Management, you will be providing the analytical support to our business with the aim of maximizing customer profitability.  This position will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team and provide assistance with the development and deployment of CPQ software to support sales.  In addition, this position will offer the opportunity to liaison with cross functional teams to provide insight surrounding new and existing customers.    


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the collaborative definition of required pricing & profitability analysis with commercial leaders
  • Design analytics to help answer pricing and profitability questions and to identify/correct pricing and profitability issues; utilize analytics to identify insights, determine their implications, and vet the findings with stakeholders
  • Ensure the quality, timeliness, and adherence to budget of pricing projects
  • Drive the research of new analytical methods and tools in pricing
  • Provide historical customer profitability analysis
  • Contribute in development and deployment of new CPQ system
  • Support the completion of monthly reporting (CFO report, budget, pricing monitor, etc.)
  • Complete monthly/quarterly account reconciliation for rebates and signing bonuses
  • Work as liaison to Commercial and AMC Finance to manage rebates, commissions, signing bonus for all existing and new customers
  • Find and research cost saving initiatives by reading, understanding, and interpreting customer contracts
  • Perform managerial duties, such as training, evaluating, analyzing and presenting to senior staff members
  • Assist in development of team goals
  • Review and report on pricing compliance and performance metrics on a monthly basis
  • Perform monthly/quarterly analysis of customers with rebates and/or commissions to ensure the proper amount is being accrued
  • Provide year-over-year and year-to-date analysis of customers, market segments, and divisions as required
  • Complete special projects as needed



  • Minimum 8 years of analytical and/or commercial work experience is required



  • Bachelor’s degree required and MBA preferred
