The People Services Coordinator II plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires while managing compliance-related processes, including I-9 verification, E-Verify, and accurate record-keeping in HR systems. This role combines responsibilities from People Services HR Operations with a strong emphasis on onboarding, compliance, and system accuracy. This role may also consist of working across multiple administration areas, statistical reporting to internal management and rewards program implementation and administration.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Onboarding & Compliance (Primary Focus)
- Validate I-9 Re-Hire verifications in compliance with federal regulations and maintain accurate (confidential) records
- Ensure New Hire data is accurate according to federal regulations
- Ensure all onboarding documents are completed, filed, and stored in the appropriate HR systems
- Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and new hires to facilitate a seamless pre-boarding and onboarding process
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment verification laws
HR Systems & Data Accuracy
- Maintain/update employee records in the appropriate systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Accurate Background, etc.) with a high degree of accuracy
- Run reports and audits to ensure compliance with onboarding and I-9/E-Verify requirements
- Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending system enhancements
- Manage calls using Webex Connect and document cases through in ServiceNow.
Employee & Stakeholder Support
- Serve as a point of contact for new hires regarding onboarding questions
- Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, HR Leaders and other departments to ensure new hires are set up for success
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education/Experience: Associate degree +2 years related experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or onboarding, with exposure to I-9/E-Verify compliance.
- Systems Proficiency: Experience with SuccessFactors (Onboarding/I-9/E-Verify), SAP HCM and/or proficient in Accurate Background
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and improve processes

Pay Range: $45,840.00 - $57,300.00
