Graphic Packaging is seeking a Project Manager – Supply Chain Transformation to lead and deliver high-impact initiatives across our global value chain. This role is central to our mission of building a smarter, more sustainable, and more resilient supply chain that supports today’s business needs while positioning us for long-term growth and innovation.
The successful candidate will focus on automation, systems modernization, quality improvement, sustainability, and network optimization, driving measurable improvements in EBITDA, revenue, carbon reduction, and working capital. You will be responsible for shaping the future state of our supply chain, leveraging lean methodologies to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for breakthrough improvements.
This is a highly visible role that requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable presenting business cases to the C-Suite and working alongside plant-level operations teams. You will serve as a change agent, bringing strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority to drive transformation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business cases that deliver tangible results in service, cost reduction, and operational efficiency
- Provide clear communication, reporting, and accountability to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
- Lead teams to document current state processes and design future state workflows.
- Manage external consultants and software vendors to implement tools that enable process improvements.
- Oversee vendor relationships on key initiatives, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
- Lead initiatives in AI, automation, and advanced analytics to modernize processes and improve decision-making
- Collaborate with IT to evaluate and select technology solutions that support transformation.
- Partner with Logistics, Procurement, Finance, and Demand Planning to understand customer requirements and align supply chain processes.
- Drive cost savings and working capital improvements through ideation workshops and scoping exercises.
- Lead footprint optimization projects from business case development through operational execution.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems (SAP experience required) to support process alignment and reporting.
- Identify and lead initiatives to reduce Graphic Packaging’s carbon footprint and advance sustainability goals
Background & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or logistics with a focus on process improvement and project management.
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority, driving accountability across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing business processes and systems.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated success in planning, prioritizing, and executing projects to completion
- Solid understanding of AI and automation systems.
- Creative problem solver with initiative, resourcefulness, and self-direction.
- Previous supervisory experience with a track record of inspiring and developing teams.
- Extensive project management expertise, including use of PM tools and methodologies.
- Works well with other team members and leads by example
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, IT, or related quantitative discipline required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- SAP experience preferred
- Six Sigma and PMP certification strongly preferred.

- 10-20%

Pay Range: $115,350.00 - $153,800.00
