Job Purpose:

As part of our Process Transformation Team, initially the Senior Manager, OCM – Process Transformation will drive the change management effort associated with an exciting HR transformation that is currently underway. They will work with the project team, implementation partners, and organizational leaders to ensure the adoption and proficiency of the changes that impact employees to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes. In addition, they will create and deliver strategies and plans to help employees maximize the adoption of new programs by honing methods of effective and sustained behavior change. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to play a key role in implementing transformational change. Major Duties:

  • Lead Organizational Change Management activities with an emphasis on communication strategy and execution, change readiness assessments and surveys, change impact analysis, change agent network development, stakeholder engagement, and training.
  • Collaborate with the project team, consulting partners, and systems integrators to drive the adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in compliance with the company’s Change Management methodologies.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings and workshops with various stakeholder groups to jointly develop change adoption plans, always keeping in mind the company culture and what will work well within GPI.
  • Develop project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training.
  • Oversee team execution using project plans, tools, and methods, and support resource planning and acquisition.
  • Design and execute specific methodologies to surface risks, questions, concerns, and barriers to successful implementation and develop communication and mitigation strategies to address these risks.
  • Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.

  • BA or BS Degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or other degrees with equivalent experience
  • 7 years of experience leading organizational change management activities for enterprise-wide technology initiatives
  • Competent in diagnosing individual and organizational performance improvement needs, matching intervention methodology with conditions, and determining the appropriate development measures
  • Proven ability to help drive and shepherd change at scale.
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy-to-understand business terms to all levels of management, including senior leaders
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities with great attention to detail
  • Possesses strong analytical skills, good listening skills with the ability to coach and mentor others effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at various levels of an organization
  • Ability to make decisions at the project team level and appropriately escalate those decisions as needed
  • Prosci ® certification (or other change practitioner certification) preferred


Relevant Experience:

  • Experience in operational change management leveraging leading software, preferably in Human Capital Management.
  • Experience partnering to lead large-scale organizational change programs related to implementing new systems and processes that have a significant business impact in a global environment.
  • Experience managing and/or partnering with third-party vendors.
