A World of Difference. Made Possible.
Are you energized by the chance to move the needle for a global employer brand? Are you an expert managing channels like Glassdoor and LinkedIn? Do you get a kick out of the creative and analytical side – producing content AND measuring analytics to drive ROI? We want to hear from you.
We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager - Employer Brand to create content that elevates our brand profile, while significantly advancing our social media presence to attract and retain top talent.
This self-starter will create differentiated content to promote our company and culture (in collaboration with a video producer) and manage digital tools such as Sprout Social. A key objective of this role is to advance our employer brand through a variety of tactics: overseeing talent brand content, standing up an employee advocacy program on social media, and building a best-in-class Glassdoor content program.
The ideal candidate is a strategic writer and social media manager with a strong understanding of employer branding, talent acquisition and program management. You should be equal parts creative and analytical so you can deliver compelling content, measure success and answer “why”. If you have a proven history of delivering high performance and growth on channels such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor, we’d love to hear from you.
As part of a newly established communications function, you will be responsible for creating new value as an individual contributor. That means you get energized by rolling up your sleeves to drive planning, execution and performance reporting for your area, while working within a supported and collaborative team.
The best part? You will join one of Fortune’s “Most Admired” companies – a global leader in sustainable consumer packaging and trusted supplier to the world’s most recognized brands. And you will be part of a high-energy team that’s putting the company on the map, championing our purpose: Packaging life’s everyday moments for a renewable future.

Enlist local facilities to join Sprout and deploy corporate content across their sites for brand consistency.

- Digital Tool Management: Oversee team planning tools like Monday.com, SharePoint and communications calendars as well as related content repositories.
