POSITION SUMMARY:

To support the Finance Manager and Supply Chain Finance team in driving accurate and timely financial reporting, business analytics support, and continuous improvement initiatives

JOB FUNCTION: Job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Prepare journal entries, analyses, and reporting in support of month-end and quarter-end close
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging advanced features and capabilities within the company’s supported technologies
• Support the Strategic Procurement Initiative reporting process
• Perform ad-hoc analytics on supply chain spend
• Assist in assigned special departmental projects, as needed
• Participate in occasional site visits to GPI mills, plants, and/or third-party warehouses

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or analytics required
• 3+ years of relevant and progressive accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• Business systems and dashboard experience a plus (SAP, Qlik, PowerBI, Alteryx, PowerQuery)

SPECIFIC SKILLS:

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook
• ERP (preferably SAP), SQL, and Power BI experience preferred
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Effective time management skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines 
• Flexible team player with the ability to work in cross-functional teams

Pay Range:   $78,750.00 - $105,000.00
