Title: Sr., Compensation Analyst

GPI is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. The Senior Compensation Analyst will develop, implement, and administer Compensation and Incentive Programs, provide guidance and assistance to management and HR team members, and serve as a compensation point of contact to designated business units and/or functional groups. Additional duties include:
- Provides compensation advice and collaborates with managers and HR team members to provide sound recommendations on re-organizations, job evaluations, salary administration, merit planning, and other compensation programs and incentive practices.
- Assists in the development and implementation of the global job architecture, geographic structures, and rate range structures.
- Participates in compensation surveys, analyzes results, and tracks market movements in pay and incentive data.
- Develops and maintains job descriptions.
- Assists in the communication of compensation philosophy, salary review processes, and incentive programs as required.
- Participates in the design and development of automated tools to improve the speed, efficiency, and quality of compensation information available to employees and managers.
- Participates in the implementation of regular compensation activities including the annual compensation review process.
- Serves as a subject matter expert in all areas of employee compensation and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Participates in the development and/or redesign of short-term and sales incentive plans.
- Analyzes current compensation programs and practices and makes on-going recommendations for process improvements.
- Participates in and/or leads special compensation related projects as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5 years HR/Compensation experience
- Demonstrated ability to uphold confidentiality and work with sensitive pay-related data
- Proficiency in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with good business insight
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated project leadership skills
- Demonstrated planning, organizational and execution skills
- Strong internal consulting skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Experience with HRIS implementations
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive results
- Thorough knowledge of domestic pay regulations
- Excellent customer service skills
