As a Sr. Analyst, Revenue Management supporting the Americas Converting Division, you will be responsible for the timely preparation and complete reporting of accurate pricing analytics to help drive pricing, margin improvements and profitability.



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES are, but not limited to the following:


  • Oversee the collaborative definition of required pricing & profitability analysis with commercial leaders.
  • Design analytics to help answer pricing and profitability questions.
  • Utilize the analytics to identify insights, determine their implications, and vet the findings with stakeholders.
  • Deliver pricing projects related to the product line covered.
  • Provide ongoing support for RSBC Program (Rebate, Signing Bonus, Commission).
  • Ensure the quality, timeliness, and adherence to budget of pricing projects.
  • Drive the research of new analytical methods and tools for pricing.
  • Provide historical customer profitability to support bid development.
  • Analyze requests for price & surcharge exceptions.
  • Drive monthly customer profitability review process.
  • Execute day-to-day pricing analysis.
  • Assist in development of CPQ system and customer onboarding.
  • Support the preparation of freight analysis reporting.
  • Support special projects, as needed.
  • Respond to internal and external audit inquiries and provide data and support.
  • Support monthly journal entries and monthly account reconciliations.





  • Bachelor’s degree required – finance or accounting preferred; advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of analytical and/or commercial work experience is required.
  • 1-2 years within manufacturing industry strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office Suite tools and QlikView. Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • ERP systems experience required; SAP strongly preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide impactful solutions.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Demonstrated expertise in ability to breakdown and clearly define problems.
  • Demonstrated experience in using data to identify insights.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.



  • General schedule is an 8-hour M-F assignment, however, employee must be willing to work alternate schedules occasionally; that may include early mornings, nights, and/or weekends and be punctual while doing so. 




  • Sitting or standing for extended periods of time up to 8-hours.
  • Occasional Lifting up to 20 lbs.
  • Reading computer screen or other electronic devices.
  • Use of various office hand and electrical tools or equipment.
