The Sr. Manager, People Analytics provides deep analysis and interpretation of Human Capital related data and to inform and support fact-based decision making for HR and business leaders. Serves as a liaison between HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT, to ensure availability of global data to support the creation of dashboards including the development of relevant metrics and KPIs.  Partners closely with key business leaders to develop and decipher workforce data.



  • Partners with HR leaders and business leaders on an ongoing basis to identify key metrics that will support business decisions and drive strategy development
  • Develops and manages appropriate metrics/analytics dashboard for designated audiences and stakeholders, including workforce trends that will facilitate decision making
  • Gather, manipulate, and explore large datasets to test hypotheses, extract useful insights and create forecasts
  • Works with end users to create functional specifications for complex reporting needs
  • Proactively works to improve reporting (value-add, efficiency, quality, speed) and delivery processes considering all available technologies
  • Prioritizes requests for and provides ad hoc and custom reporting. Responsible for evaluating report requests and determining synergies to minimize special requests and increase self-service reporting opportunities



  • Five or more years of professional experience using quantitative analysis and statistical modelling to make business-focused recommendations
  • Demonstrated history of devising and overseeing data-centered projects
  • Experience with visualization tools such as QlikSense or Power BI
  • SAP, SuccessFactors reporting experience preferred



  • Requires strong business knowledge in HR processes/policies
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills
  • Experience with HR metrics, advanced reporting, or other analytic tools preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent analytical, programing, or business experience
  • Advanced PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint)



  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement creative solutions while working under pressure.
  • Must be able to develop expertise on the HR data and produce modelling-ready datasets
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with all levels of employees and management.
