Title:  Sr. Manager, Finance - Supply Chain

Provide financial-related analysis for the Supply Chain organization, including customer service, logistics, warehousing, materials management, continuous improvement, purchasing, etc.


  • Manage finance team supporting the supply chain organization in the areas of raw materials, indirect materials, warehousing and logistics
  • Be the subject matter expert on inflation
  • Collect pricing and volume assumptions to compute inflation
  • Report consolidated monthly inflation via waterfall analyses
  • Support all FP&A activities (monthly outlooks, three yearlong range plan, and operating plan)
  • Manage incoming analytic requests from business units regarding warehousing, inventory, freight, supply chain savings, and inflation
  • Improve current processes and build dashboards to drive more effective and efficient analysis for the finance team, supply chain leadership, and business unit leadership



  • 10 years in a finance / accounting related position in a mid to large manufacturing company
  • Prior history using freight systems, data consolidation tools and management of large data sets
  • Prior history with process improvement and dashboarding tools (i.e. Power BI, Qlikview, etc.)



  • BS with a major in finance, accounting, engineering, or related field required
  • MBA with concentration in Finance, preferred
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint , SAP R3, OLAP systems such as TM1



  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to manage tight work schedules and multiple deadlines
  • Ability to interact with senior levels of management
  • Ability to learn new applications quickly
  • Experience with complex financial modeling and multi-dimensional databases
  • Willingness to review existing analysis tools to flatten the learning curve as quickly as possible with an eye towards process improvement
