We are looking for skilled Full Stack .NET senior level developer to be responsible for supporting existing applications and coding continued innovative designs and solutions that fit Graphic Packaging International's vision, Cloud first approach and business needs.  The ideal candidate would come with experience developing in .NET as well as Office 365’s Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Bi, Power Automate) and also poses a wealth of knowledge working with Windows and Linux servers. The, candidate should also have a basic understanding of the infrastructure requirements for hosting internal and public-facing applications with security at the forefront of any architectural design and has experience with Azure PaaS & SaaS offering.  We are looking for someone is willing and eager to learn and adapt to any technology that fits the need and loves troubleshooting & providing technical support to the business. 

 

Technical Skills

  • Experience on self-hosted agents, deployment pools, deployment gates, parallel deployments, and Azure Board
  • Understanding of Azure SAAS, and PAAS offerings.  AZ900 (Azure Fundamentals) Certificate preferred
  • Experience in container-oriented architecture using Docker and/or Kubernetes is a plus
  • Proficiency using versioning tools like GitHub
  • Experience analyzing business need and finding a solution (problem solver)
  • Experience with UX and Design
  • Experience with Linux and Windows Servers
  • Experience with implementing SAML SSO OAuth Identity Services Providers configuration (CyberArk - preferred)
  • Excellent HTML, CSS (3) and CSS frameworks knowledge
  • Experience with unit testing, especially xUnit for .NET Core with TDD approach.
  • Experience in contemporary JavaScript / TypeScript (ES2015), Angular (9 and above), Angular Material
  • Familiar with automated testing framework for JavaScript such as Jasmine, Karma JS, or Selenium
  • Experience with SAST & DAST is a plus
  • Experience with PowerShell
  • Experience working with SQL & Oracle DB’s, SSIS and SSRS.
  • Experience with Terraform is a plus
  • Experience or knowledge of Microservices a plus
  • Experience in IIS/Nginx deployment and server configuration (both Windows & Linux) is a plus
  • Experience working on large scale projects
  • Experience with Office 365’s Power Platform is a plus
  • Must have the aptitude to work in a fast-paced and continually evolving environment
  • Must have good organizational skills with the ability to track numerous concurrent tasks

Responsibilities

  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best practices for software development
  • Create CI/CD Pipelines
  • Adhere to GPI Development Security Policies
  • Work closely with the Digital Operations team and business partner to support, enhance, and create custom applications
  • Perform as lead developer in development projects and perform code review
  • Mentor junior developer
  • Assist business partners with integrations or consolidations
  • Participate in developing and maintaining team standards
  • Create architectural design, functional, and technical documentation
  • Work in both Agile and Waterfall projects
  • Available for after-hour on call support as needed
  • Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
  • Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues. Resolve complex technical design issues.
  • Provide comprehensive support to internal customers; achieve resolution to outstanding problems or issues
  • Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability
  • Work directly with agency partners or third-party vendors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Follow change management process
  • Adhere to and continue to evolve development best practices

 

Requirements

  • 10 years of .net development experience
  • BS in Computer Science or a related degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of .NET Core, C#, and web API with deep understanding of Modern Design Patterns
  • Experience with .NET Framework (ASP.NET, MVC and VB.NET)
  • Comprehensive knowledge on Azure DevOps (CI & CD pipelines configuration using both GUI and YAML)
