Mission: Support the ITAM department to track assets, eliminate waste, and optimize the IT environment.


How you will support GPI:

  • Plan, monitor, and record hardware assets and/or software entitlements
  • Provide KPI/Metric information and standardized reporting on a scheduled basis
  • Manage inventory of Assets, making sure that modifications, withdrawals, and additions of existing ones are correctly recorded
  • Manage Software/Hardware Standards using ServiceNow Catalog
  • Process Global Software Requests
  • Create requisitions for US Software Renewals & Enterprise Requests
  • Manage Software Reconciliation for Tier 2 & 3 Publishers.
  • Confirm Global software user/device entitlement allocations.
  • Application Owner for Tier 2 & 3 GPI Standard Publishers
  • Manage Internal/External US Stockrooms
  • Manage ITAD Vendor and Processes for the US
  • Work with Finance to upload computer fixed assets to SAP
  • Work with the controllers and IT Site Contacts to update and maintain the US based Chargeback file.
  • Upload ASN and Master Data reports into ServiceNow to maintain accuracy of master data and inventory. 


Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (major in Information Technology or Accounting) or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT Asset Management, both software and hardware
  • Certification in the IT Asset Management industry
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Asset Management modules
  • Possess an understanding of various software licensing models and software contract terms
  • Possess an understanding of the various types of current IT Hardware technologies (network switches, routers, firewalls, appliances, servers, storage arrays, desktop/notebooks and various types of IT components and peripherals)
