The purpose of this role is to develop, implement, and optimize our talent acquisition processes, reporting, and systems across the globe. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this role will serve as a leader on the TA (Talent Acquisition) Leadership Team, ensuring the foundational infrastructure of processes, tools, systems, and framework are optimized to make the TA team more predictable, efficient, and scalable. The successful candidate will help create and influence sourcing strategies, reporting/analytics, diversity & inclusion and recruiting best practices with the goal of elevating our talent acquisition function. This role will manage a team of TA Coordinators with the objective of efficiently and successfully coordinating various recruiting operational activities to deliver a seamless experience for the candidate and hiring team from interview through day 1 of employment.
What you will do:
- Create, maintain, and improve upon TA processes, procedures, templates, tools and structure to deliver supporting services
- Manage and lead projects, setting clear milestones and deliverables; create strategic roadmaps and process workflow charts.
- Manage ATS (Applicant Tracking System) data tracking and analytics to provide holistic views of progress against KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and SLAs to deliver insights and drive process improvement; utilize data to ensure effective and consistent use of ATS system.
- Work within Talent Acquisition and broader HR Community to ensure adoption of new systems and process changes.
- Maintain an understanding of a best-in-class talent market as it pertains to technology, programs, metrics, and processes.
- Partner with appropriate TA/HR Leadership to ensure successful management and usage of Application Tracking System and bolt on products.
- Provide day-to-day support as needed across all TA functions from selection to day one.
- Prepare reporting on KPI’s as needed.
- Partner with IT and HRIS to manage the Talent Acquisition technology suite.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in recruitment and/or recruitment operations
- 5-7 years of managing teams
- Bachelor's Degree or related experience
- Proficient ATS Recruiting Skills
- Expert level Microsoft Office skills
- Strong understanding of compliance and employment laws

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Preferred Work Experience:
- Talent Acquisition Operations or HR functional experience
- Project Management or Agile Scrum Master, lean six sigma or other recognized project management
- Demonstrated experience leading change initiatives

Pay Range: $130,000 - $180,000
