Title:  Talent Acquisition Partner

The Talent Acquisition department is looking for a dynamic team member to fill the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner position. In addition to full lifecycle recruiting, you can expect to partner with Hiring and Human Resource Managers to drive talent strategy through building qualified candidate pipelines. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for manufacturing or engineering roles in either an in-house department or recruiting agency.

 

JOB FUNCTIONS: Job functions include but are not limited to the following.

  • Drive focused candidate searches through targeted channels
  • Assist with the execution, development, and implementation of talent acquisition strategies
  • Support a positive candidate experience through best in class recruiting measures
  • Provide detailed summaries to hiring managers, maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, and closeout the candidate process in a timely manner

 

BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE:

  • Prior experiences must demonstrate initiative, strong problem-solving skills, success managing multiple priorities, and working well in a team under deadline pressure. 
  • 5-7 years of recruitment experience sourcing candidates for roles in the manufacturing industry.
  • 5-7 years of experience recruiting in the paper and/or packaging industry (preferred)
  • 5-7 years of experience working with applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors preferred)
  • Experience utilizing key metrics to optimize the internal and external recruiting processes
  • Experience generating candidates from a variety of channels including applicant tracking systems, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

 

EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS: 

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Advanced Degree and/or certifications considered but not required.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    • Sitting or standing for extended periods of time up to 8-hours.
    • Occasional Lifting up to 20 lbs.
    • Reading computer screen or other electronic devices.
