The Talent Management Analyst provides system support and data analytics for all processes during the talent lifecycle. He/she partners with the cross functional talent teams to plan and execute enterprise-wide talent strategies.

The Talent Management Analyst provides system support and data analytics for all processes during the talent lifecycle. He/she partners with the cross functional talent teams to plan and execute enterprise-wide talent strategies. 

  • Analyze full-cycle talent acquisition metrics including time to fill, internal fill rate, external recruiter spend, and cost per hire.
  • Create quarterly talent acquisition dashboards for internal stakeholders in each business function
  • Manage talent systems including the applicant tracking system, learning management system (LMS), and talent management SharePoint site.
  • Function as the SuccessFactors Administrator (load training, test content, assign training to pilot groups for review)
  • Track and report on training evaluations, post and pre work
  • Create & distribute talent management communication as it relates to GPI University, Talent Development, & Talent Acquisition
  • Assist with the coordination of annual performance management and succession planning processes
  • Manage the contract and vendor approval process including vendor payments and invoices
  • Monitor and maintain talent management inboxes provided timely responses to inquiries (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Learning & Development)
  • Assist with the preparation, coordination, and logistics of all talent management events & training courses
  • Prior experiences must demonstrate initiative, strong problem-solving skills, success managing multiple priorities, and working well in a team under deadline pressure. 
  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or other applicable fields of study
  • Advanced Degree considered but not required.


Required Experience

    •  2 years of experience with data analysis & interpretation
    • 2 years of experience coordinating projects, events, and/or programs
    • 2 years of experience with talent management systems (preferably with SilkRoad, SuccessFactors, etc.)
    • Prior full-time experience in human resources is preferred but not required.
