As a member of Graphic Packaging International internal Talent Acquisition team, you will assist in the recruitment and retention of our most important resource: our people.
This role will support Graphic Packaging International’s Early Career & Military/Veteran Recruiting & Partnership Strategy. The Talent Program Analyst plays a key role in designing, managing, and executing strategic talent programs focused on recruitment, early career development, internship experiences, and military veteran recruitment & partnerships. The Analyst collaborates closely with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Hiring Managers, and external partners to cultivate meaningful engagement with prospective talent and deliver seamless, high-impact programs that strengthen the organization’s future workforce. A key focus of this role is not only to attract top talent but to support long-term retention by creating programs that foster connection, development, and a strong sense of belonging.
University/College Recruiting
- Recruiting support includes internships, co-ops, rotational programs, and new grad openings; this will include travel to university and colleges
- Support the development of Core school list and strategy around developing meaningful University/College partnerships
- Responsible for job posting, candidate sourcing, coordinating in-person and virtual recruiting events, interview scheduling, and interacting with stakeholders across multiple business units and tracking analytics
- Provides creative solutions to address early career talent needs
Rotational Program support
- Assist with participant onboarding, orientation, performance checkpoints, learning experiences, midpoint & final reviews, and offboarding
- Works cross functionally to support the design delivery and continuous program improvement of our rotational development program including the partnership between rotational talent, functional managers and HR teams to ensure an enriching, impactful, developmental experience throughout the program journey
- Serve as a secondary point of contact to program participants
Military/Veteran support
- Support the development and execution of recruiting strategies for military and veteran talent; this may include travel
- Assists with engagement events and activities with veteran organizations, transition assistance programs and military bases
- Conducts research to identify industry trends and makes recommendation
- Help create marketing and branding materials for internal and external stakeholders for early career and veteran talent
- Track and analyze program metrics to evaluate success in early career and veteran talent initiatives
Talent Program Analyst Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years' experience in a closely related position)
- 3 years of Talent Acquisition or HR experience in a campus recruiting / university relations role
- Experience using ATS systems to manage full cycle recruiting
- Excellent interpersonal skills; with specific experience in building strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
- Experience working with regionally dispersed teams as well as working independently
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to travel up to 33% of the time

Pay Range: $71,625.00 - $95,500.00
