Role Overview
Graphic Packaging International (GPI) is embarking on a journey to transform HR and improve how we deliver services to our most valued asset – our employees. The Test Analyst will assist with testing SuccessFactors and ServiceNow before they are released to production. The position requires a keen attention to detail, as Test Analysts are the last line of quality control. An ideal candidate is motivated to deliver high-quality work to drive customer satisfaction. This person uses their intellect, insight, and ability to build creative solutions with colleagues while embracing a collaborative mindset.
Intern Job Responsibilities- Create test cases from the business requirements in scope for the release of the program
- Document issues in the defect tracking tool
- Execute testing of assigned test cases from the test management application
- Run daily reports of defects logged
- Provide testing support to assigned test manager
- Escalate issues to the test manager
Intern Qualifications / Skills:
- Attention to detail
- Planning and organizational skills
- Proficiency in document and report writing
- Ability to work in a team
- Awareness of Software Development Life Cycle
- Logical and critical thinking skills
Education
- Enrolled as a Sophomore - Senior college graduate program
- Prior industry experience is preferred but not required
