 JOB FUNCTION: Job functions include, but are not limited to the following.

  • Provide purchasing functions for the maintenance department; process MRO and stores requisitions into purchase orders; track delivery status of purchase orders.
  • Prepare Kits/stage for specified jobs
  • Partners with rest of RCM management team to assist in prioritizing and scheduling of PM work and repairs requests based on anticipated parts delivery dates.
  • Serves as an important member of the RCM leadership team in the planning and execution of small and large scale projects.
  • Research materials required for repairs and create bills of materials.
  • Secure and maintain inventory controls, identify parts for deletion from SAP; manages store room 5S.
  • Process daily MRO/Stores requisitions into purchase orders.
  • Schedule preventative maintenance.
  • Monitor work order parts tracking.
  • Maintain price changes of SAP parts.
  • Maintain BOM/Function location information.
  • Schedule and coordinate outside vendors for repairs and service evaluations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE:

  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not necessary
  • Experience in maintenance operations, manufacturing, or operations background

 EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE:

  • Bachelor Degree in related field preferred or 5 -7 years closely related work experience 
  • Moderate skill level in MS Office Suite (Excel, Work, Power Point)
  • SAP – Materials Management and Purchasing experience preferred, not required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Sitting or standing or extended periods
  • Awkward of repetitive movements
  • Need to venture into manufacturing areas for research, questioning or collecting data.
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to read a computer screen or other electronic devices
  • Occasional use of hand tools and handheld power tools and equipment

 

Pay Range:   $73,150.00 - $97,570.00
