JOB FUNCTIONS: Job functions include, but are not limited to the following.

  • Responsible for purchasing majority of production supplies, with the exception of board and ink.
  • Maintains inventory in storeroom.
  • Work with maintenance department and production to obtain necessary materials, parts, etc. to repair, operate and maintain equipment.
  • Accountable for tracking and eliminating parts. Accountable for material usage.
  • Manage SAP work order system to ensure parts are issued to maintenance.
  • Process vendor/outside repairs.
  • Manage Purchase Order system and ensures necessary approvals are obtained.
  • Add new parts to the SAP system.
  • Responsible for understanding and adhering to all GMP, safety, food safety, SQF, HACCP and food defense procedures (Training will be provided)
  • Participate in Lean Six Sigma events.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills


  • Associate’s Degree in related field.
  • Compensatory closely related work experience required in lieu of degree.

Required Experience



  • 3-5 years work experience is strongly preferred but not required for college graduates.
  • SAP experience preferred.
