INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE MECHANIC/SPECIALIST

 

BEGINNING WAGES BETWEEN $24.50/hr AND $28/hr DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION!!!!!

 

2nd SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL OF $1.50/hr!

3rd SHIFT/OVERNIGHTS DIFFERENTIAL OF $1/hr!

Here’s What You Will Be Doing to Help Feed the World:

 

  • Starting a career with a strong, stable and growing company
  • Making that money! Above average wages!  Wages begin between $24.50/hr and $28/hr depending on experience/education!
  • Conducting, designing, installing, maintaining, testing, adjusting and repairing mechanical and electrical components throughout the premises.
  • Performing root cause analysis when issues arise to determine what appropriate actions are taken
  • Planning and laying out of new installations
  • Operating various PIVs, including fork lifts, boom lifts and scissor lifts
  • Applying mechanical and electrical principles in determining equipment malfunction and repair
  • Working 8-hour or 12-hour shifts in a safe & clean environment.  Candidates must be willing to work overtime and weekends, as necessary (including 12-hour shifts).  Shift schedules may vary as production continues to grow.  Placement of candidates within the Maintenance Department is selected by candidate expertise/work history.
  • Continuing to learn valuable trade skills while preparing for a comfortable retirement

  • You have experience using or the aptitude to learn general computer software, including SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, databases and various manufacturing application
  • You enjoy trouble-shooting and working through complex puzzles!
  • You are flexible and adaptable to a variety of situations.
  • You’re an awesome team player that is 18 years old or older!
  • You’ve earned a high school diploma OR your GED!! An Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred, but not required.
