OPPORTUNITY: We are a Foodservice cup forming operation seeking candidates to join our Clarksville, TN team.  Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Create/Monitor/Communicate the daily production schedule for assigned production areas to ensure that production plans occur as planned.
  • Create effective production schedule that satisfies customer demands and aligns with department capabilities.
  • Directly assess production activities to ensure the schedule is being followed.
  • Communicate with all levels of employees in the facility on a regular basis.
  • Proper inventory levels for all items maintained
  • Effectively communicate production schedules to personnel in sales, customer service, managers and supervisors


Required Skills

Knowledge and Experience: Briefly describe the knowledge, skills, demonstrated behaviors and experience required for entry into the position/role.

  • College Degree or Minimum of 5 years in Operations or Scheduling/Purchasing experience recommended
  • Proficient understanding & knowledge of inventory control and MRP systems
  • QAD experience preferred
  • Experience using Excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, and advanced cell formulas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to influence others without being in a role of authority
