JOB SUMMARY:

General Project Management requires general business knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for an administrative or business process including: Organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements. Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing. Ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards (e.g., International Standards Organization). Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget. May include work managing multiple, interrelated projects (including business transformation projects). On some projects, the work may include integrating vendor tasks into the project plan and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Sales and CA teams to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Coordinate and track internal projects and customer initiatives to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
  • Maintain strong follow-up on open actions and ensure cross-functional alignment within the team.
  • Build an enhance presentations for key customers and leadership meetings using PowerPoint.
  • Gather, analyze, and report date using Excel to support business decisions and sales planning.
  • Use SalesForce to manage data, track opportunities, and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Provide back-up support during vacations or leaves to ensure continuity in customer service.
  • Assist in preparing materials and data for high-profile customer presentations and business reviews.
  • Identify and help implement process improvements that increase team efficiency and communication.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA or equivalent + 3 years related experience, or MA + 1 year related experience.

Pay Range:   $65,850.00 - $87,800.00
