SUMMARY

The HR Coordinator role is responsible for providing Human Resources support to the Elk Grove Village, IL plant. Lead HR coordinator activities including employee relations, recruiting and staffing, payroll, benefits, training, and HR process coordination.

 

Job Functions:

 

• Responsible for the verification of SQF controls and meeting the standards of the SQF requirements.

• Hiring and Related Duties including, Post and manage bid process and selection for all open hourly positions.

• Participate in the Recruiting, Interviewing, and selection process for hourly employees.

• Responsible for ensuring that requisitions to hire have been approved.

• Completion of New Hire paperwork and explaining benefits and policies to new hires.

• Enters all new hire paperwork into our HRT (SAP) system.

• Conduct new hires orientation if necessary.

• Issue security cards to all new hires and deleting access in the ADT system for all terminated employees

• Payroll/Computer Systems: Administer payroll for all hourly and temporary employees. This includes editing, entering data, updating schedules, approving time, and processing retro-pay if necessary.

• Process all new hires, terminations, status changes, and wage changes forms and fax for entry into the HRT system. Coordinate appropriate form approvals.

• Processes payroll adjustments, uniform deductions, and HR invoices.

• Creates sends, and track weekly hourly probationary evaluations for all hourly employees.

• Runs reports from SAP system.

• Employee Benefits enrollment.
