POSITION PURPOSE The person who occupies this position reports to the Elk Grove Plant Manager and has primary accountability for the overall success, effectiveness, and efficiency of the SAP computer system for purchasing, processing of goods and services needed for Large Format, Small Format and Digital Department. JOB FUNCTIONS Duties include but are not limited to front desk reception, fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, coordinating site visits, maintaining the general appearance and functioning of common areas, including break room , supply area, and conference rooms.
The incumbent is also responsible for ordering office supplies, processing accounts payables, and the sorting and handling of incoming and outgoing mail, Fed Ex, and other packages and deliveries. In addition to excellent customer service skills, the incumbent must possess problem solving and organizational skills. Be proficient in Microsoft Office, be detail focused and be able to converse and present themselves professionally.
