Graphic Packaging International, LLC headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, is a leading provider of packaging solutions for a wide variety of products to food, beverage and other consumer products companies.  The Company is one of the largest producers of folding cartons and holds a leading market position in coated-unbleached Kraft board and coated-recycled board.  One of its facilities is currently seeking a Storeroom Coordinator.

The position is located at the Fort Smith, Arkansas plant, which is part of the Consumer Products Division producing sheet fed cartons.

 

The Storeroom Coordinator will be responsible for oversight and management of all sources of storeroom supply, pricing information and auditing activates.   Works closely with the plant production and maintenance teams to ensure adequate support for operational needs.

 

Job Functions:

  • Manage storeroom inventory receipt, put away, and disbursement.
  • Create and process requisitions as needed.
  • Maintain list of vendors and suppliers to support plant operational needs.
  • Oversees cost and spending requests and coordinates with leadership on

              items in question.

  • Works with production and maintenance to ensure stores stocks and

              supplies are available.

  • Daily storeroom cycle counting of inventory, part numbers provided by

              IPR.

  • Coordinate the return of nonconforming parts to suppliers.
  • Ability to work 8 hours/day plus overtime as required.
