The Supervisor provides leadership to production shift teams and is an integral part of plant management.  They drive shift performance to achieve results consistent with company direction and goals and work to develop the team members to their full potential.  The Shift Supervisor is responsible for safety/housekeeping, product quality, production efficiency, and equipment condition while on shift. The Shift Supervisor also has the responsibility, authority and accountability for job assignments, work priorities, and overtime requirements.
