Entry Level position.  3-2-2-3 shift.  Every other weekend off!  $24.72 starting pay!  $1,500 sign on bonus (paid every other month over first year)  Full benefits available the 1st month after hire date!

Responsibilities Include:

  • Perform all necessary repairs for the facility including mechanical, electrical, support equipment repairs, building and grounds maintenance
  • Examine machines and mechanical equipment to diagnose source of trouble, dismantling and replacing parts as necessary
  • Assist with the inventory of replacement parts
  • Perform preventative maintenance on machining, which includes Offset printing press, die cutter and gluers.
  • Provide support to production personnel by answering breakdown assistance calls
  • Follow department and company policies, procedures, and safety rules
  • Reports all food safety and quality problems to the Quality Team. Actively participate in plant improvement projects.
  • May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Prior experience working as a Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Experience working with low voltage machinery and equipment such as sheeters, print presses, die cutters, and gluing equipment is a plus
  • Ability to read schematics and working with PLC’s
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and safety best practices is highly advantageous
  • Proficient in working with various hand and power tools
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift 50lbs., bend, kneel and otherwise preform all other physical requirements related to machinery repair
