Title:  Coordinator, Manufacturing I

Responsibilities include providing general administrative support to the Fiber Superintendent and staff along with additional support to the Utilities and Fiber departments.  This requires a self-starter able to work well with a minimum of supervision who is able to prioritize work independently.  Excellent organizational & communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are required.

 

Job Function: Job functions include, but are not limited to the following.

  • Prepares weekly work schedules
  • Prepare annual vacation schedules
  • Order supplies, create requisitions and reconcile receipts
  • Maintain records
  • Data Entry
  • Schedule training, meetings and conference calls
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Education / Knowledge:

  • Minimum of HS degree; prefer 2 year associates degree.

 

Background / Experience:

  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience supporting multiple departments/managers in an administrative capacity.
  • Familiarity with heavy manufacturing facilities is preferred.
