JOB SUMMARY:
Accountable for all aspects of storeroom inventory, including cycle counting, stock levels, ordering, requisitions, blanket POs, stock rotation, bin labeling, location, set-ups, returns, crediting, and obsolete inventory. This role reports to the Procurement Manager in the facility. Lead the personnel within the storeroom, including the buyer, coordinator, and clerks, by supervising, managing, and directing their activities. Establish and maintain a close working relationship with the Maintenance and Production Directors.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Background in purchasing, inventory management or business management preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years of experience
- ERP experience (SAP preferred)
- Demonstrate leadership skills; 5-7 years of direct supervisory experience with concrete leadership examples.
- Ability to work with and/or lead cross-functional teams.
- Good verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask; managing multiple projects and meeting critical deadlines on a continuous basis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $71,250.00 - $95,000.00
