  • Leads the press crew in the performance of equipment operations, adjustments, tests and conversions on all equipment associated with converting operations
  • Participates in maintaining department integrity to ensure quality, efficiency, area cleanliness, safety and SQF standards are maintained
  • Focuses on setting up the die-cutting station while the other crew members set up printer
  • Verifies and communicates both product standards and work standards to execute production
  • Have the ability to move to and operate other presses
  • Must cover absences and vacations as scheduled
  • Makes sure the other crew members are working on tasks when press is down
  • Participates in Continuous Improvement activities that improve the work centers performance
  • Is ultimately responsible for the quality and efficiency of the press on this shift
  • Performs other organizational duties as required by leadership

EXTRA $1.25 hour NIGHT SHIFT

$1500 RETENTION BONUS BEING OFFERED

Starting Wages Begin At $18.50/Hour With Regular Wage Progressions Every 6 Months Up To $20.25/hr

$1500 Retention Bonus for New Hires and Qualifying Rehires

$1.25/Hour Shift Differential for Night Shift
